Stepping Back into Fitness

What a difference a year can make! Last August, I was routinely averaging 8,000 or more steps a day on the ol’ pedometer. Unfortunately, an endless winter brought a return of old, lazy habits — and I now get 3,000 on a good day.

I’ll log my daily step totals right here. For now, the goal is a simple one: Get more steps than the day before.
