Clearly, I can’t do this (weight-loss) thing alone. I do well for a few weeks and then go off the rails.
So I just re-joined Weight Watchers. I’ve been reading about the new Beyond the Scale program with great interest (Thanks for the great posts, Mel), and I think it will be a good change.
I’ve been successful on WW before. I can do it again.
One of my biggest problems is — as it has been for a while now — eating out too often. I grab something before or after work instead of going home to cook for myself. I’m hopeful that I’ll be able to rely on the quick, easy recipes WW recipes instead.
