Cue Queen: Bum … bum … bum … Another pound bites the dust …
That puts me at 231 (when I’d half-hoped to crack the 220s this week) and means I’ve dropped 18 pounds since rejoining Weight Watchers on Jan. 1.
I’m sure the two small bags of movie popcorn I ate — one on Saturday, another on Sunday despite my intention to skip it — contributed to my lesser loss. Salt … water retention … all that jazz.
But I’m still happy with the loss. Any loss is better than no loss.
