I weighed in at 234 last week, 232 this week. For some reason, when I looked at my weight, I thought I was 232 last week, too.
That was a pleasant surprise.
I’m so glad the weight loss shows no signs of slowing. Perhaps it really is time to #ExpectAmazing.
Speaking of amazing, I’m adding a new challenge to my list of February to-dos. The Flexible February Challenge by Clare of Fitting It All In goes along nicely with the YogaADay challenge I have yet to start. The goal? To stretch for 60 minutes a week.
