It might just be time to give the scale a new name, since I lost 6.8 pounds.
That’s right. That’s what a week of consistency looks like. I dropped from 249 to 242.2.
Not bad for a week — not bad at all. Yes, I realize I can’t keep losing at that rate. But it sure is nice to see the scale affirm the choices I made.
