Day Two of my latest challenge went well. I got in a workout, ate healthy Paleo-approved dishes and downed lots of liquid.
I also set myself up for a good day tomorrow by putting lunch or dinner in the crock pot when I got home from work.
All the same, I might skip the scale this morning. After only a couple of on-track days, I doubt l’ll like what I see.
Besides, Robb Wolf, too, recommends ditching the scale. And now that I’m no longer reporting to a team, I’m more inclined to comply — at least for this week. Next week might be another story.
