I got a call from the company that provides my cable, telling me they’re doing some upgrades after midnight, so I’m blogging from my phone. That means I’ll be making it quick.
Tuesday went much better, if you discount my attempt to slice off my finger. I was trimming the fat off some beef for the Crock Pot and the knife slipped. Klutzy is my specialty.
It would not stop bleeding. For a few moments, I worried I’d have to get it looked at. But finally I got it under control.
Dinner was a big salad — my first in weeks. I tossed together spinach, lettuce, avocado, bell pepper, mushrooms, grape tomatoes, cheese and a couple of slices each of ham and roast beef. Yum!
I always forget how good a big salad can taste. (I also forgot to take a picture.)
On today’s agenda: a bootcamp workout and a taco salad.
