I did it!
That’s right — I finished Week 1 of the Couch to 5K program.
Sunday’s workout happened late, at about 9 p.m., but it did happen, and that’s what matters.
I spent a total of 36 minutes on the treadmill — 30 on the C25K workout and 6 extra after the cooldown. My speed was 3.4 or 3.4 for the walking parts and 4.0 for the jogs.
My Week 1, Day 2 workout was done on Wednesday. I spent 40:30 total on the treadmill, logging 2.294 miles and burning 264 calories. My speed ranged from 2.5 to 4.2 mph, with the walk/jog intervals at 3.5 to 3.8 mph (walk) and 4.0/4.1 (jog).
