Today’s weigh-in: 225.4.
That’s up 0.2 from last week. Blergh.
I’m not sure why I’ve been hanging out at 225 — it’s certainly not my ideal weight. I mean, it’s not as bad as it was, but it’s still not where I want to be.
Maybe I’ll drop back down to 25 Net Carbs/day and see if that gives the scale a shove in the right direction.
