It’s no secret I’ve been struggling with bootcamp this week … And I may have finally figured out why: I’ve been burning the candle at both ends.
Late to bed, up early … No wonder my energy has been flagging all week.
I didn’t get that third set of Workout B in after work on Wednesday, but I did tack it on to the beginning of Thursday’s workout. But then I didn’t do all three sets of Workout C. It’s a vicious cycle, it seems.
Whether I add that set on to today’s workout remains to be seen. Even if I don’t, I intend to do something. I need to break out of this rut.
