For the first time in I can’t remember how long, I wasn’t dreading hopping on the scale this morning. After fitting into a size smaller jeans and getting a compliment from a coworker Wednesday, I suspected I might like the number I saw.
It turns out my suspicions were dead-on: Down 1.6 pounds. That makes a total of 35 pounds since I re-started Atkins in May and 3 since I started Best Body Bootcamp … three weeks ago.
An average loss of a pound a week? Bootcamp is doing exactly what I’d hoped it would: helping my weight-loss effort.
