The scale was down 0.2 this morning … so I’m counting it as no change. That’s two weeks in a row at basically the same weight.
It’s not really much of a surprise. Not enough veggies and too many Starbucks coffees made with heavy cream. While low in carbs, they’re not strictly on-plan.
And I really need to start walking again. I’m thinking about signing up for a race (5K or half-marathon) to force myself to get moving.
