The good news? Cue Queen: I’m down another pound.
That makes 32 pounds lost since I started Atkins in May. Some might say that’s a snail’s pace — it’s certainly slower than the last time I did Atkins. (I think I’ve mentioned losing about 100 pounds in my first 52 weeks.)
Slow and steady wins the race, right?
