As I expected, the scale didn’t budge much. It took me several attempts — and a return trip to the bathroom — to get it to register anything lower than last week.
Yeah, I was that girl … the one who steps on the scale five times to see if she gets five different results.
My scale was pretty accurate, though. It only changed after my second bathroom visit. At least then it was down 0.8.
Not exactly what I wanted, but I’ll take it.
This is one of those weeks where it’d be good to have been taking measurements, too. I FEEL better … lighter … more compact. (Not sure why, because I haven’t been doing a lot in the way of exercise. Big talk from me a couple of weeks ago, but I’m still having trouble with the execution.) My stomach seems flatter.
I’m hoping to do a little hiking this morning. If I do, I’ll come back later with some spectacular fall photos. Turns out, there are some gorgeous fall leaves down in Oak Creek Canyon. I’m so excited to see … not gold.
