I love thee not, scale

That was the tune I sang this morning.

Actually, the scale was only up 0.8 … I’ll take it, because I know it’s not a true gain. It can’t be: I feel better and am seeing changes … My stomach looks flatter.

Heck, there are moments when I see myself in the mirror and think “you look good.” Better yet, they’re coming more frequently.

I’ll take the victories where I find them. 😉
