Great weigh-in

After two weeks without much change (except a few tenths of a pound in the wrong direction), I saw the scale go down this week.

It dropped 3.6 pounds! Finally.

Just goes to prove that you have to keep doing what you know works, even if it doesn’t seem to be working so well at the moment.

That tappity-tap you hear is me dancing in the streets. 😉
