I’ve been feeling out of control — mainly because I haven’t been eating the correct amount of veggies these last several days.
No, I haven’t eaten any carb-y things like bread, sugary sweets or pasta. I have, however, been eating more cheese than is probably good for me.
I need to get back to counting my carbs and getting in all those veggie carbs … and I need to hop on the scale to see where I am. For me, avoiding the scale is like giving myself a free pass to eat whatever I want.
Let’s nip that in the bud!
