Tonight I noticed two things.
It might just be my imagination, but my stomach seems to be flattening a little now that I have 1 1/2 weeks of low-carb eating under my belt. My rings also appear to twist on my fingers more easily again.
Even if the progress is all in my head, I’ll take it. Since I didn’t face the scale for a starting weight (and don’t have a scale at the Boyfriend’s), it’s all I’ve got.
I’ve certainly been eating better recently. I’m consuming more veggies and trying new recipes every day. Makes me realize what a rut I’d gotten into lately.
