When I got off work tonight (stressed out and starving, as usual), I whipped up a batch of the Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies I saw on Carrots N Cake the other day.
And when I say “whipped,” I mean it. This recipe is super-simple — and super-delicious. (Not that Tina needs my stamp of approval …)
I’d say that from beginning to end, these cookies took no more than 20 or 25 minutes to mix, shape and bake.
In answer to the question in my caption, that one crumbled. Knowing how much dogs love peanut butter, I fed most of the crumbs to Cocoa and Cinnamon. (OK, a few of them made their way into my mouth, too.)
Cinnamon was into the snack. In fact, it was her begging at my knee that convinced me to feed her the crumbs. (I know, I’m a softie!)
Cocoa? Well, it was hard to get her to sit still for a picture, but she sure snarfed up the crumb when I dropped it.
This recipe could become one of my new favorites.
