It seemed to work OK yesterday, and knowing I have to take a picture of whatever I eat seems to keep me from eating anything really embarrassing … so here’s (another) Day 2.
A "Winter Smoothie": Looks like mud, but tastes delicious.
Snack of champions — or writers: Venti iced green tea w/ 1 Splenda & Starbucks popcorn
Lean Cuisine Salmon w/ homemade slaw & the Starbucks green tea refill
Protein power: Egg, string cheese & 1 oz. mixed nuts
Homemade Slaw: 1/2 cup cabbage, 1 T Greek yogurt, 1/2 tsp cider vinegar, 1 tsp blue cheese
One of my faves: Black Bean & Zucchini Quesadillas from Carb Lovers Diet
After dinner: Sandwich Thin w/ 1 T each PB & mini chocolate chips
Subbing for my after-work snack (eaten while blogging @ office): 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, 2 T oats, 2 tsp honey & 1 T chocolate chips
