I’m lovin’ this …

And no, it’s not McD’s.

It’s — surprise — plain lowfat Greek yogurt. I’ve been eating the nonfat stuff (both Greek and regular) for a while, but I just tried plain, lowfat Greek yogurt for the first time.

The recipe, from The CarbLovers Diet: 3/4 cup lowfat Greek yogurt, 2 tsp honey, 2 T rolled oats.

    • I don’t think it’s all that different. Perhaps a little creamier. But it was definitely a filling snack.
