I get tired of saying the same thing, so where the heck is my motivation to make things better? I need an attitude adjustment.
Lunch wasn’t healthy (and I had to scrounge my last $3 to buy it). At least I put a Crock Pot full of spaghetti sauce on for dinner, so dinner will be good for me … whole wheat spaghetti and all.
I got up before 7 a.m., so I’m debating between taking a nap or going on a walk before work. I’m thinking the nap’s going to win.
