Another day, another food journal entry. I’m getting pretty good at these. Today, I remembered to shoot everything.

Started the day by mixing a hard-boiled egg into broccoli crunch salad. Surprisingly delicious.

After lunch: Avocado chocolate pudding.

The last of my batch of “Last-Minute Lasaga” with a side salad. In the mix: lettuce, spinach, green onion, blue cheese, bacon bits, red bell pepper, grape tomatoes

Met a friend for writing time & had to try one of the new cake pops. Rocky Road. Mmmmm … And under 200 calories!

Office temptation: Someone brought in more Reeses’ eggs. I ate just one, though!

Hummus on Trader Joe’s Thousand-Layer Crackers. (Those are delicious!)

Hummus, snap peas, red pepper and two more of those yummy crackers.

I’m still a little hungry, so I’m thinking about whipping up some of these when I get home:
